After no satellite signal for a week on my sky q mini i ve resolved it with a mixture of things.

We ve had our sky q set up with sky wifi booster up and running for over a year this morning the minibox is reporting no satellite signal. Does anything know how to fix this. No it s doubtful the link you posted above will do anything to fix your issue hardwiring from the router to the main box will do nothing either you need to hardwire from the main box to the mini box or hardwire from the main box to a sky q booster and wps from the booster to the mini box like i suggested earlier.

On the mini box the wifi was ok but i have reset the network connection as a precaution and re authenticated from the main box. Find help for all sky s services including tv broadband talk sky mobile sky yahoo mail and sky go. Check there s no lights on at the front of your box and that all cables are securely connected.
